Marxist Kumar

I think, same like Ambedkar and Lohia, India is not a proper place to apply Marxism in its original way. Ambedkar was though against Marxism, Lohia wanted it to modify according to Indian social problems.
Its true that Marxism is an outside thought which is not 100% applicable in this south Asian subcontinent. Our society is divided and categorized into many levels and castes. Each caste is lower than many castes and above too. The lowest categories of caste are not enough strong to rebel against upper castes. Marxism talks about economic society but here a financially strong person from lower caste is a victim of social discrimination. Dalits from Saharanpur are politically and socially poor but they are not beggars. They have sense of self-respect and this is what they’re fighting for. Dalits want social equality not to be above than upper castes. Here Marxism can not help them. In Jabalpur, 2006-07, I heard someone saying – ‘I’m Brahmins, how could I chew tobacco made by him? He is Rajput and I’m Brahmin.’ — two Labourers on same financial financial status but from different castes are not one for their rights. Marxism fails here.
They talk about science, scientific laws are same everywhere, ok, but when it comes on casteism, scientific laws can be seen crying to seek space. Casteism is though a social evil of Hindus and Hinduism but it has contaminated all people of south Asian subcontinent. Marxists never try to remove casteism of their own. I see many marxists using surnames with their names and getting married within same castes only. Marxists have no daring to go out and reject Casteism in their practical personal life. Marxism fails here too.
I like Marxism because it’s good for everyone, to make financially equal society if there is no casteism. Until, casteism is removed, Marxism will remain just an ideology for sophisticated people doing mental exercise in small gatherings.

Not Celebrating Republic Day!

So what’s plan for today? It’s republic day you know?
Yes I know. No plan I have.
Aren’t you celebrating republic day?
Who all are celebrating republic day?
People of India.
Everyone?
I’m not sure but it’s national festival today.
Politicians, political leaders, government officials, local groups, organizations, ..they are doing their formalities. I was returning from garden, some local people were to unfold flag there, rest of people were busy doing their exercises.
So?
All people of India do not celebrate republic day.
So you also will not celebrate republic day?
Some people are not allowed to celebrate national festivals. I remember few years ago in 2013, August 15, in Baddi Village of Rohatas District, a mob from the Rajput community led a violent attack on the lower caste people, killing one and injuring 54, including women and children. These upper caste people didn’t allow lower caste people to celebrate independence day. “When they came to attack, they were raising the slogans ‘ Rajput varg zindabad [Hail the Rajput class]’ and ‘ Nishant Singh Amar Rahe [Long Live Nishant Singh]” ..I see we are not a nation so far. We are still stuck with our caste, language, religion ..it stops me to celebrate national festivals.
It’s old news.
I see people behind their castes! Casteism is their. You are not just you. They want to know your caste and they will judge you through which caste you belong to.
Only Casteism is matter?
Now Uttar Pradesh will have elections soon. BJP, BSP, SP ..all these parties are to contest election on more than 200 seats but their women candidates are less than 30 in each party. So matter is not only Casteism, but Women Empowerment, Equal Education for All Children, also needed in India.
What do you do for that? Have you done anything to eliminate Casteism?
At my personal level I don’t practice Casteism. I respect all women. For equal  education I did nothing so far.

To Remove Caste System!

image

ANSWER >> Me too, I also dislike this caste-based-reservation, but I support cased-based-reservation til the caste-system is in practice and people are known by their castes!

QUESTION >> Why so? Castes are there because people find it beneficial to get reservations.

ANSWER >> Na! Caste system came first in practice so it’s caste system which has to be removed first.

If there is no castes, there would be no caste-based reservation.

If someone wants to keep his caste-based proud and wishes to remove caste-based reservation, it means, he is cunning, shrewd, tricksy!

QUESTION >> What do you think to remove this caste system? Do tou have any plan or program as Gandhi started Having food together by all castes people?

ANSWER >> Eating food together has been failed to make India free from Caste system! So, MK Gandhi is failed here.

Caste system can be removed if:

1) Marriages are performed regardless castes of bride and groom.
2) Parants search better half from other caste/religion for their children.
3) Parents allow their children to find out their life partners.
3-1) Parants do not interfere in marriages.
4) Live-In be common in practice and accepted normal by society.
5) Marriages be optional for the couple.
6) People leave/drop their surnames, castes’ names or other symbols/signs that indicate one’s caste.
6-1) Rather they should use their father’s name + area name + village name.
7) Children be society’s responsibility. Their education, foods, clothing, all be equal and afforded by society.
8) Children be known/recognized by their area/schools/parents’ names rather than caste or surname.
9) Education be equal for all children either their parents are rich or poor in financial terms, either they live in capital city or in remote village.
10) Science and scientific way be used in education rather than teaching morality through imaginary mythological stories.
11) Everyone be non-religious until he/she/it is adult, and then they be free to choose their religion or remain non-religious/atheist/agnostic/spiritual…

QUESTION >> To remove caste system, you think to educate children while you also know that even educated people too practice caste system in their social life, especially for marriages.

ANSWER >> Getting good marks in marksheet doesn’t prove one be educated.

QUESTION >> Oh, you gonna give examples or Kabira, Raidasa, Haider Ali, etc. right? You forgot Sher Shah Suri, Tipu, Mohd Bin Tughlaq, Nanak, your favourite Buddha-Mahavira, Jiddu, UG, Osho.. all were highly educated people.

ANSWER >> I don’t need to give example anymore. You have already done my job. You already have mentioned both side’s of names got good schooling and not as well. But you see, both sides of people were educated no matter they went to school or not. Haider, Kabir etc. were educated by their own experiences and taught by nature.

QUESTION >> Eating together, as you think, was not a successful program run by Gandhi?

ANSWER >> I don’t think so, it’s proved already! If it was successful, we wouldn’t see castes now. MK Gandhi was a devout hindu who couldn’t even drop his caste, how could you think he did work to remove caste system? Na, eating together helped to loosen caste system but it was so little that we should not count it. That is why BR Ambedkar and MK Gandhi had different ways. MK Gandhi wanted to loosen caste system but he believed in Varna System while BR Ambedkar worked for total removal of caste system as well as Varna System.

QUESTION >> You think BR Ambedkar was successful?

ANSWER >> You see, many people have left the religion which was unable to give them equality,  self-respect, social-economical-political rights.

QUESTION >> But, could Ambedkar remove the caste system successfully?

ANSWER >> His program is not failed as we see there is continuous progress to remove caste system. Ambedkar is still on the way while MK Gandhi is proved failed to remove caste system. He didn’t do work properly to remove caste system. Anyone being Hindu cannot be a casteless, how could MK Gandhi be so?
